Jaw crusher drives the belt and pulley through the electric motor, and makes the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft, when the moving jaw rises, the angle between the village plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate to approach the fixed plate. At the same time, the materials are crushed by extrusion, rubbing, grinding and so on; when the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the liner plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and spring, and then the materials which have been crushed will be discharged from the bottom of the crushing cavity; with the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher moves the jaw for periodic crushing and discharging, so as to realise the batch production.

Due to the inconsistent size and different compressive strength of the materials entering the crusher, the bearings of the jaw crusher are constantly subjected to uninterrupted impact loads during operation. In order to realise the long life and high stability of the bearings, DLAO applies the advanced technology to heat-treat the bearing rings, which ensures the hardness of the surfaces and at the same time, has a good toughness. Due to the long time heavy load operation, the jaw crusher frame will be deformed, which will cause the bearing seat to lose its original concentricity, DLAO engineers changed the internal structure of the bearings, so that the bearings can still maintain stable operation under the deformation of the frame. At the same time, the lubrication structure of the bearings was optimised to double the lubrication efficiency.
